We are offering high quality, highly personalized small size group and private training classes that are designed to help you not only build strength and flexibility, but also to improve your overall quality of life.

Originally from Mongolia, Burney began her journey as a professional dancer at the age of ten. Years of intensive training combined with the physical demand, led her to seek a practice that was both restorative and deeply effective. Pilates became that balance. Burney brings her rich background in movement and her personal journey of transformation to every class—helping others reconnect with their bodies and live with greater vitality and balance.

With a Bachelor of Kinesiology and over three decades of experience in the fitness industry, Janine brings both expertise and heart to every class she teaches. A STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor since 2007 and a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), she combines scientific knowledge with mindful movement to help clients build confidence, strength, and ease in their bodies.
Janine is passionate about guiding others to discover how Pilates can transform the way they feel and move—both in and out of the studio. Her caring approach and attention to detail create a supportive environment where every client feels seen, valued, and encouraged to reach their personal best.
When she’s not teaching, Janine enjoys spending time in her garden, baking, and exploring new places.

Sharon has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, teaching group fitness in a variety of formats. She has long been an advocate of healthy living and the importance of full body fitness and especially the importance of the core as the driving engine in a healthy body. Sharon has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, teaching group fitness in a variety of formats. She has long been an advocate of healthy living and the importance of full body fitness and especially the importance of the core as the driving engine in a healthy body. Her natural path was then to become a Pilates instructor, obtaining her Pilates Comprehensive Certification in 2023.
Sharon taught in the public school system in a junior high school for many years. Her education career path found her teaching at a post secondary institution as a sessional instructor in Edmonton as well as being a consultant for curriculum implementation in central Alberta. She currently also works as a Field Instructor for the University of Calgary.
