Rebalance & Release

Level: All Levels | Restorative

  • A foundational Pilates class designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness
  • Ideal for beginners or those returning to Pilates
  • Teaches core Pilates principles, essential exercises, and safe modification
  • Uses the mat and small props for a complete full-body workout

Mat Pilates

Level: Foundational

  • A gentle, restorative self-care class focused on the health of the fascial system (connective tissue)
  • Designed to reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, and restore overall body balance
  • Uses soft rollers and balls to improve tissue glide and rehydrate fascia
  • Calms the nervous system and supports release from stress, repetitive movement, and daily activities

Full Reformer

Level: Progressive

  • Combines precise movement and deep core activation with the dynamic resistance of the reformer
  • Emphasizes alignment, control, and mindful transitions for safe, effective movement
  • Builds strength, flexibility, and coordination through full-body sequences
  • Uses the reformer, tower components, and small props

Multi-Modal Reformer

Level: Dynamic

  • A dynamic, full-body Pilates class for those ready to take their practice to the next level
  • Features faster-paced flow with increased emphasis on precision, coordination, and control
  • Challenges strength and endurance while maintaining mindful movement principles
  • Uses the full reformer, tower equipment, and small props

Stability Chair

Level: Progressive–Dynamic

  • Builds on Mat and Stability Chair foundations with more challenging sequences and variations
  • Focuses on improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance
  • Targets muscles you didn’t know you had while supporting functional, everyday movement
  • Uses a mix of all available studio equipment in a circuit-style format

Mat/Stability Chair

Level: Foundational–Progressive

  • Foundational mat exercises progress onto the Stability Chair using the same Pilates principles
  • Encourages spinal movement in all planes to increase range of motion and reduce lower back stiffness
  • Builds full-body strength, balance, and stability in a supportive environment
  • Ideal for those looking to deepen body awareness while developing confidence on equipment

Cadillac Tower

Level: Progressive

  • Combines the precision and deep core engagement of Mat Pilates with the dynamic resistance of the Cadillac tower
  • Emphasizes mindful movement, proper form, and controlled transitions for maximum results with minimal strain
  • Supports strength, mobility, and postural awareness throughout the entire body
  • Uses the elevated mat, tower springs, and small props
